We were born to change the narrative of the African energy sector, from a historically male-dominated field to a shared, visible space also led by women.
She Powers Energy is a strategic communication platform created to give visibility to female engineers, regulators, managers, entrepreneurs, and technicians in the Mozambican and African energy sector.
We do in-depth journalism, editorial curation, and audiovisual production with a clear purpose: to build a living archive of feminine energy and mobilize partnerships that accelerate change.
We are not a platform for criticism. We are a platform for appreciation, inspiration, and legacy.
A strategic foundation that guides every action, every story, and every transformation we promote in the energy sector in Africa.

To amplify the voices and stories of women who contribute daily to the energy sector in Mozambique and Africa.

To create role models that motivate young women to pursue careers in energy and science.

To recognize and celebrate the experience, leadership, and impact of women in the energy sector.
She Powers Energy was born with a clear purpose: to redefine the narrative of the energy sector in Africa. More than just visibility, it’s a movement that recognizes, amplifies, and positions women who lead with knowledge, innovation, and real impact—driving a sustainable and necessary transformation for the continent’s future.
